Mooring

All mooring on port of Kirkenes quays must be done by our own employees or by people authorized by the administration. The following minimal standards apply to the number of personnel in relation to the vessel`s length in terms of HSE and safe vessel maneuvering:

The port Administration reserves the right to determine whether additional personnel is required for mooring services. Decisions are made on the basis of Safe Job Analysis. 

For work outside the usual opening hours of 07:30 - 15:00, the mooring service is invoiced for a minimum of 2 hours. The mooring services are invoiced in accordance with personnel hire rates. Outside of the Kirkenes area, we do not provide mooring services.
